As owner / operator of Phx Plastering I have seen, first hand, bad quality and workmanship in my industry from doing repairs of other subcontractors , such as leaking windows , water intrusion from torn vapor barrier and weak stucco walls from the lack of water curing or just cheap un-inexperience labor!
